Happy Weekend, readers!! Let's remember to choose love and peace. We will open our hearts and allow wonderful things to flow into our lives this weekend. Cheers!

It has been a long and exhausting week to say the least, but instead of focusing on our worries and concerns today, let's make a promise to ourselves to take some time just to think about all the exciting things happening in our lives. This doesn't mean to mindlessly repeat all the things we are thankful for in our heads tonight before we sleep, but it can mean to simply recognize what makes us smile on our way home.

I'll start us off!

I had an incredibly positive and productive morning, which set the tone for the rest of my day. I enjoyed a LARGE Hazelnut Iced Coffee from yours truly, Coffee Bean, and whipped myself up some eggs and avocado in a perfectly warmed tortilla.

I get to go home this weekend and spend time with my precious 5-month old nephew, who can't fathom the idea of not having joy in his life-- which I find beautiful. I think its amazing that we are all born with a clear perspective of the world, and what makes it all fuzzy is life itself.
